The Hayburners are a classic folk duo partnership which combines the songwriting talents and acoustic guitarwork of Jennifer Spector and David Tieman. Moving from the Phoenix desert to the Puget Sound area two years ago, these long-time music partners will take you on a bicycle built for two of award-winning music, strong vocal harmonies and wedded bliss. Their accolades include a top ten national songwriting finalist at the Telluride Troubadour Competiton and twice a finalist at the at the Tucson Folk Festival competition. Jennifer just received her first Washington State honor at the Tumbleweed Folk Festival in September 2007 and David has placed as 1st alternate in the 2008 competition. Besides being recognized a great songwriter, David's guitar playing was in demand live & in the studio around the Phoenix Valley. He now performs regularly with the SOS (Sound of Swing) Big Band of Bellevue, WA.
